AI trust protocol

Verified resale, end to end.

Six checks run on every listing: automated where AI is faster, human where judgement matters. Here's exactly what happens.

01

Ticket detail checking

OCR matches every uploaded ticket against the original event page: block, row, seat and face value. Mismatches are flagged before the listing goes live.

02

Fair price caps

Hard cap of 10–20% above face value, set per event category. The price slider physically cannot exceed the cap.

03

Guided secure transfer

Provider-specific instructions for Ticketmaster, AXS, DICE, See Tickets, Eventim and more. Step-by-step screenshots, not a generic email.

04

Risk scoring

Every listing is scored on seller history, upload provenance and demand profile. High-risk listings are blocked automatically.

05

Human review

Edge cases escalate to a human moderator. We err on the side of buyer protection.

06

Payment hold

Sellers are paid only after the buyer confirms transfer receipt. No exposure either way.

What the AI looks for, in plain English.

Real ticket?

OCR + image hashing detect screenshots from secondary sites, edited PDFs and reused proofs.

Real seller?

We cross-reference verified emails, payout methods and sales history.

Real price?

Cap enforced at the slider, and on the API. Listings above cap never reach buyers.

Real transfer?

We confirm the buyer received the ticket in their provider account before releasing payment.
