Burning Man tickets are tied to the buyer's account and the only sanctioned secondary market is Burning Man's Secure Ticket Exchange Program (STEP). STEP runs at face value, on the official site, between named participants — anything else (Craigslist, Facebook groups, scalpers) is explicitly disallowed and Burning Man can void those tickets at the gate.
